PayPal Email: In case it is out of stock, we will inform you the delivery schedule via e-mail. Usually PayPal sends invoice with URL's for payments via Email within 1-2 business days. To pay for your order, please click the URL on the email within 7 days of receipt of invoice. You can make payment on the Paypal's website.
Delivery Information
We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. The shipment will be via Japan Post and we will send you e-mail with the tracking number.
Shipping Policy
FREE shipping for orders and over ¥10,000 in Japan. For all other orders, the following shipping methods and rates are available. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Domestic:
1-2 business days.
All orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only . The cost for shipping is based upon your total amount.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will most likely be processed the following business day. To guarantee quick delivery on orders placed prior to 4pm, please call +81.3.3497.1031 after placing the order. Express orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the next business day. If your order is affected, you will be notified within 1-2 business days.
International:
For shipments 30 kg or less. In case it is 0ver 30 kg, it will be calculated separately divided.
EMS (about 2-4 Business Days for delivery after payments) AIR (about 3-6 Business Days for delivery after payments) SAL (about 6-13 Business Days for delivery after payments) SHIP (about 1-3 months for delivery after payments)
